Personal spaces, carefully considered from plan to finish.

A beautiful Home By The Sea in the heavenly Somabay Resort ; Client wanted to add another floor in top of half the villa. Also he requested full ID design and 3D modelling for this sleek and modern summer house. The real challenge of the project was that the original villa turned out to be ‘Unsafe’ according to the Egyptian code, and needed a lot of concrete repairs and reinforcement before we can add the requested floor.
